Couples Therapy | 75 minute session
Whether you have just started dating, are newlyweds, finding balance in being partners and parents, or married for decades~ all relationships can use a forum in which to explore their connection. Too many couples wait “because it‘s not that bad”. The therapist supports the couple in discussing the hard conversations and provides tools that will inevitably lead to feeling confident to do this outside of therapy.
Individual Therapy | 60 minute session
It is about exploring the self as it relates to one’s past, present and future. The process of individual psychotherapy is not just about the self, but rather how the person relates to others and does life.
Family Therapy | 75 minutes
Raising a family in the 21st Century looks different than 20 years ago…but one area that ought to remain the same is the importance we place on Values. Many families seek out therapy to deepen their connection with their children and loved ones. When there is emotional distance or turmoil-often time there is pain. Leslie supports the family to build the togetherness needed for understanding the priority family holds.

The group is used as a tool in which to understand us in relation to others. It is through group we can heal and begin to understand we don’t have to be alone.
